The Chicago government wanted to honor those who gave their lives for our country, but they also had make sure that everyone was following the Stay-At-Home order. Ald. Mark Mulliner wasn't going to let Memorial Day go by unnoticed. So he got Mayor Steven Morley to agree to a socially distanced parade, which was dubbed the “2020 Always Remember Memorial Day Convoy.”
